Lemon Coconut Yonanas Float

Ingredients

2 frozen over-ripe bananas

1 c. frozen seedless lemon segments

1/2 can of coconut milk

Toasted shredded coconut

Directions

In a small skillet, toss the shredded coconut over medium heat until they are golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside

Insert one frozen banana

Insert ½ c. frozen lemon

Alternate remaining frozen bananas and frozen lemons

Slowly pour the coconut milk over your Lemon Coconut Yonanas

Top with toasted shredded coconut
